What is the definition of content?

Content is either written or a video.  It can be used in various ways for sales and marketing assets.

Who owns the content?

You own all content.

Is my content original and unique?

Yes, all content created is unique and based on your requirements.

What do unlimited requests mean?

Think of a request as a single project.  For example, creating a blog post is a request.  Or building an email sequence is a request.  You can make an unlimited number of requests.  They will be completed one at a time in sequence.

What format is the content delivered?

In the case of written content, it will be delivered in a document.  For videos, you will receive a .mp4 file.

What is a content board?

We use Trello to manage requests and communicate the progress.  The content board is the webpage that displays all of your requests and the progress of the request.  When the request is ready for your review, you will be provided a link to download the content.  Once the content is finalized we move to the next request on the content board.

How do I make a request?

When you subscribe to the service we use Trello to set up your content board.  You place your request on the board.  This board is unique to your company.

How does the "one request at a time" policy work?

We work on your requests one at a time.  When we finish one request, we move to the next request on the list.

How quickly will my content be delivered?

Once a request has begun we deliver within 2 or 3 business days.  Larger than normal requests may take longer and we will notify you if that is the case.  For example, a request to rewrite content on 4 web pages using SEO keywords, is a larger-than-normal project.

How is the 100% satisfaction guarantee implemented through content revision?

We provide you with a draft.  You provide feedback and we make adjustments.  We iterate until you are satisfied.

What is included in a video?

The videos are 90 seconds or less.  Think of them as short promotional messages.  You may want to promote a product or service, a new hire, a conference, a blog post, or company events. Each video is constructed with stock video footage.  It can include narration, music, and word overlays.  It can be formatted for social media or web pages.  When completed you receive a .mp4 file.

May I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time.  Any task that is in process will be completed.  Tasks that have not begun will not be completed. We do not refund paid subscriptions.

How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept credit card payments.

What is the difference between the membership plans?

The services delivered are the same across all three plans.  The difference is a discount on the price of the services for paying quarterly or annually.
